Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance held.
n1gang reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform.
In accordance with our obligations under international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gambling best practices, n1gang is required to verify the identity and age of all Members. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, upon making a first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. n1gang does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes but aims to process all requests within 24 hours for verified Members. VIP tier members benefit from expedited processing as described in the VIP Programme terms.
Deposits made using cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. n1gang is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
n1gang does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals for most payment methods. Network fees applicable to USDT TRC20 transactions are borne by the Member. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers or banks are outside n1gang's control.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to n1gang transactions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. n1gang will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend the associated Account, withhold the Balance, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.
n1gang offers various promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP tier benefits. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
The migration bonus, tier-matching programme, and any other special promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms above, in addition to any specific conditions attached to those programmes. Migration bonuses require tier verification through submitted screenshots and are awarded at n1gang's sole discretion.

All content on the n1gang Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface elements, text, images, software, game content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of n1gang or its duly licensed content suppliers.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
Any unauthorised use of n1gang's intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n1gang and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
n1gang's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Either party may terminate the Member's Account at any time.
Termination by Member: A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (after deduction of outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Termination by n1gang: n1gang reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:
Where an Account is terminated for cause, n1gang reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Balance pending investigation. Legitimate funds will be returned once any investigation is concluded.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which n1gang holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents n1gang from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
n1gang reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or a prominent in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.
